Mauritius sits where investment into Africa and Asia is most often structured: a hybrid legal system drawing on both civil and common law, a familiar regulatory architecture supervised by the Financial Services Commission, and a treaty network used by fund promoters and corporate groups across three continents.
Our work reflects that position. We have supported transactions across Africa, India and the Middle East, established feeder structures into Indian alternative investment funds, migrated corporate vehicles from Guernsey, and documented climate-finance arrangements originating in Central Africa.
We practise Mauritian law from Port Louis and work alongside our clients' counsel in their own jurisdictions.
